• Currently, we ship an order to a single destination address only. If you like to ship products to different locations, you are requested to place multiple orders.
• We ship only on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
• Shipping address could any valid physical address where the customer wishes to receive the order. It can be his home, office, or any other valid address.
• Our staff works diligently to get your order ship through reputed courier agencies and provides you tracking as early as it ships. Once carrier is handed with your package it is no more in our control. If carrier loses or makes damages to your package kindly report to us so that we can take the necessary claims and re-ship your product.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped free of charge. It generally takes 4 to 6 business days to deliver any order in contiguous United States via standard shipping method.

We also provide faster delivery services for an additional shipping charge at CHECK OUT.

Note: Placement of your order may take longer time only in the case of remote areas.

We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier to fulfill order.

Processing Time for domestic shipping

Standard shipping - 4 to 6 Business days (10-15 business days for Alaska and Hawaii)
Priority shipping - 5 Business days (7-10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii)

Cut off time for everyday for Processing the same day is 01:00 A.M. (EASTERN STANDARD TIME).

All orders after the CUT OFF time will be processed NEXT DAY ONLY.

All Orders on weekend Will Be Processed on Monday.

SellerTag.com delivers merchandise through package carriers such as FED EX and USPS (United States Postal Service).

Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may vary significantly.

Weather conditions may cause some service delays and disruptions within the U.S. Some products are restricted to ship internationally; such products will not be applicable for international shipping.

At Selletag.com we offer an easy 7-day refund and return policy.

We can be requested return due to mistake occurred from our end, such as incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise. The customer is requested to contact us by calling us at order@sellertag.com (please include your order number and the reason you want to return each item)

Also we accept returns, but we do not pay for return shipping, hence the customer must pay for shipping cost.

Exchanges and Returns
Returned products MUST be returned in "new" resalable condition, in its original packaging. A credit or refund will be given within 7 days of receipt.

Refund will not be issued if returned product is found to be damaged beyond use if it has been used or if product has been damaged in return shipping.

We do not exchange or replace product.

Restricted Items

• Items ordered in special request of customer by SellerTag.com other than listed on our site (i.e., now a custom ordered product).
• Entire Sexual Health related products and Nutritional supplies, Diet drinks and products having expiry date below 30 days.
• We do not accept returns or exchange for costumes, electronics, chocolates, candies.

Cancellations
For requesting cancellation of any order you have placed with Sellertag.com, kindly contact Customer Support department within two hours of placing your order by email: order@sellertag.com

Any request received after two hours of placing order is subjected to shipping fees.

While the guarantee on the order cancellation cannot be confirmed, we can do our best to halt shipment.

NOTE: An already placed order cannot be edited or modified (such as your billing information, shipping address and/or item quantity modifications). You are requested to cancel the order for making needful modifications.
