- Currently, we ship an order to a single destination address only. If you like to ship products to different locations, you are requested to place multiple orders.
- We ship only on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
- Shipping address could any valid physical address where the customer wishes to receive the order. It can be his home, office, or any other valid address.
- Our staff works diligently to get your order ship through reputed courier agencies and provides you tracking as early as it ships. Once carrier is handed with your package it is no more in our control. If carrier loses or makes damages to your package kindly report to us so that we can take the necessary claims and re-ship your product.
All domestic orders are shipped free of charge. It generally takes 4 to 6 business days to deliver any order in contiguous United States via standard shipping method.
We also provide faster delivery services for an additional shipping charge at CHECK OUT.

Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may vary significantly.

Also we accept returns, but we do not pay for return shipping, hence the customer must pay for shipping cost.
Exchanges and Returns
Returned products MUST be returned in "new" resalable condition, in its original packaging. A credit or refund will be given within 7 days of receipt.
Refund will not be issued if returned product is found to be damaged beyond use if it has been used or if product has been damaged in return shipping.
We do not exchange or replace product.
- Items ordered in special request of customer by SellerTag.com other than listed on our site (i.e., now a custom ordered product).
- Entire Sexual Health related products and Nutritional supplies, Diet drinks and products having expiry date below 30 days.
- We do not accept returns or exchange for costumes, electronics, chocolates, candies.

Any request received after two hours of placing order is subjected to shipping fees.
While the guarantee on the order cancellation cannot be confirmed, we can do our best to halt shipment.
